Travel to Nice

We%26#39;ll be in Nice March 21 for 2days before heading for Paris, would appreciate suggestions to make this Do-it-yourself travel fun.

1. For 2 days (Mon-Wed), what%26#39;s the reasonable schedule like for visiting major tourist attractions in the vicinty.

2. Can it be done by taking public transit, or a rental car necessary. Is there local tour that we can join?

3. For rental car, how about parking? Do hotels charge extra for it? what%26#39;s the average parking rate in the vicintiy?

4. TGV: Nice to Paris -%26amp;gt;

What%26#39;s the difference between 1st and 2nd Class ?

How about sleeping arrangement in night trains?

any extra charages?

What one can do on the train, beside dinning?

Any not-to-miss visita points to be ready taking pictures?
