Are there any suggestions for a resturant with a view of the eiffel tower? All price ranges welcome.

You might want to try Au Bon Accueil in the 7th. You won%26#39;t get a view from inside the restaurant, but when you turn the corner on the small residential street on which it is located, you will feel like you can reach out and touch the Tower.
They also have an outdoor terrace in good weather that may have a view. You might call and ask (they speak english).

I%26#39;ll have to second DCBA on Au Bon. It%26#39;s an excellent restaurant, among our favorites, and the view of the ET can be unbelievable in the evening.
