I can%26#39;t help you with the hotel Therese, but I can recommend you another nice 3 stars hotel located near the Concorde and the Jardin des Tuileries, the hotel is called the Hotel du Continent, http://www.hotel-du-continent.com/; it is really confortable and nicely decorated. It was newly renovated. i can really recommend it to you. Prices are reasonables

We%26#39;re checking in to Hotel Therese 2 days after you leave, also for the 1st time. I%26#39;ve read many reviews of this hotel and they are virtually all positive. One site ranked it among the top 50 in Paris (not bad out of over 2,000 spots). Many posters mentioned that they will readily return. Only negatives comments have been that the rooms are small %26amp;amp; one reviewer suggested that breakfast in the hotel wasn%26#39;t really worth it (it runs about US $16). Based on its location, it seems very central and convenient, which is helpful when you don%26#39;t have a lot of time. Hope it%26#39;s as good as we all hope it is!

I stayed there in May of 03. A lovely boutique hotel in a great locale. The staff was both friendly and helpful - they spoke English fluently. Although they may have thought %26quot;Stupide Americaines,%26quot; they didn%26#39;t say anything when we took the room key w/ us when we went out for the day.
The room was very nice, w/ AC. Clean and well-lit. The stairs are crooked and winding, so if you suffer from vertigo, use the lift.
There is a nice restaurant (Chez Pauline) not too far away that is very good, w/ decent pricing.
