I can%26#39;t help you with the Hotel Blacktson, but I can recoomend you another 3 stars hotel located in the same area, it is called the Hotel Lorette Opera, http://www.loretteopera.com/, this hotel was recently newly renovatedn it is clean and nice and quite confortable. It has good price for a 3 stars hotel.
