Last time I went to France we had a picnic and the couple we were with bought a Swine hocken/pigs knuckles at one of the chain supermarkets on the way to Monets Gardens. It looked like a little ham which was cooked in a routisserie. Delicious. Is there a place in Paris where these are sold or is this just a treat to find outside of city.

Many of the local butchers will have this and you may try a local supermarket chain like Monoprix.

Yeah I bought them in Monoprix last week.
You should find them easily enough, either from a butchers or one of the larger supermarket chains.
