We are going to be in Nice the first of March. We plan on renting a car to see the area. What is the parking situation in the area? Are there any parking tips? Also, can you park on the street overnight in Nice, or do you need to use specific parking lots? Thank You!!

you can park in the streets during the night, if you find a place to park (depends on where you are)

we have just returned from nice this weekend and the parking is a nightmare as the streets are so narrow and they park bumper to bumper. we never spotted a car in the town that didnt have a bump or scratch and we witnessed cars bumping each other out of their parking spots and apparantely this is acceptable. Our taxi dri ver told us his family have a Nice car which is all bumped and their good car that they wouldnt dare take to Nice
