My friend and I are graduating from graduate school in May and then traveling to Paris to celebrate. We plan to stay in Paris for 5 days. We are two long time friends (in our late 20%26#39;s) from NYC looking for a fun, metropolitan, %26quot;girls%26quot; adventure. Neither of us have been to Paris before. Please offer suggestions on a place to stay- in terms of a specific area of the city- and also a good value hotel ($100-$120 euros/ night). Thank you!!

There is an hotel in Paris called Hotel Saint Dominique, a 2 star hotel which exactly in your range of prices. It is located near Invalides, in the 7th, and not too far from Champs Elyses...The hotel has been renovated not a long time ago...It is really a nice hotel. Near the Hotel, there is Rue Clerc, a falmous street because of its market....

There is this guidebook called %26quot;Romantic Paris%26quot; at Barnes %26amp; Noble that recommended the following:
http://www.mije.com
It connects with three youth hostels in Paris. When I was younger, I loved youth hostels because it was easier to meet younger people, especially in Europe.
In addition, there was another Tripadvisor user that recommended the following hotel

This hotel would save you money over a five day period. It is important to consider the exchange rate between US dollars and the Euros. The shopping is incredible in Paris. If you save money on any part of your trip, you can spend the money on anything else that the beautiful city of Paris has to offer.
Galeries Lafayette!!!! : )
Sincerely,
Diana
