Which hotel in Paris?

I am going to Paris in Sept for 10 days. I am trying to decide between Hotel Muguet and Hotel de Champs du Mar. An absolute must is a view of the Eiffel Tower. If you have experienced the above in either hotel, please reply. Room numbers would be helpful. Thanks!

I%26#39;m pretty sure that BOTH hotels have rooms with views of the Eiffel Tower (I%26#39;m absolutely positive the Mugeet does..evidently Room # 51 is the %26#39;prize%26#39;)....whether you will be assigned one of them is another strory. There isn%26#39;t much to separate the two hotels. Both are highly rated 2-stars and both tend to get very good to great reviews and comments from past guests...though the management of the Champ de Mars tends to get hammered a bit more since evidently, they don%26#39;t suffer fools gladly.

I have stayed in the Hotel Champ du Mar, just off the open air market on Rue Cler. It is too far from the Eiffel Tower to see it from the hotel, but it is definitely walking distance. The hotel is charming, the market street is delightful and has one of the best bakeries we found. The street is also a little noisy due to the shopping and deliveries. Didn%26#39;t bother me, but might some. Rooms are small but nice. Bathrooms work.
