The BEST... Arpege. Michelin three star. Not strictly veggie, but they have a veggie menu.
Entree: Truffe noire du p��rigord, tuber melanosporum (110E)
Plat: Collection l��gumi��re ( gratin d%26#39;oignon doux �� la truffe noire, fines ravioles mara��ch��res...) (82E)
Prices are steep, but if you are talking THE best, this is it.
